    Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility is a first-class association approved by governmental department, which is initiated by Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, Guangdong University of Business Studies, the Guangdong Kang Ran Medicine Company and hundreds of experts from Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, Guangdong University of Business Studies, Sun Yat-sen University, South China Normal University, South China University of Technology, and Jinan University, South China Agricultural University, Shenzhen University. Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility is a subordinate institution of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences and under the guidance and supervision of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences and Guangdong Nongovernmental Organization Administration Bureau.  

    Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility is an independent and nonprofit organization which is a combined academic association of institutions, organizations, enterprises, experts and scholars. Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility obeys the state's constitution, laws and administrative regulations. Its fundamental purposes are to joint various forces of the society to study, promote and resolve the existing problems on corporate social responsibility.   The research activities of Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility are: fist, establishing and developing the research network of corporate social responsibility in Guangdong, broadening the research area of corporate social responsibility, promoting research and popularizing corporate social responsibility; second, reflecting the new situations, new problems and new policies to the government during the research, and recommending the  latest research results to the Government and enterprises; third, promoting the movement of corporate social responsibility in Guangdong and assisting the Guangdong government and enterprises to cope with the impact of the movement; fourth, carrying out a variety of domestic and international academic exchanges and cooperation; fifth, promoting the theoretical achievements and practical experiences in Guangdong though all kinds of medias and publications; sixth, providing a wide range of consulting, training, research, project decision-making and extension services in and out of Guangdong.

     In Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility, there are nearly 600 members, and 220 board members coming from more than 80 institutions, more than 50 large and medium-sized enterprises, more than 10 media and more than 20 corporate social responsibilities of the managements, including 170 people with a senior title or Dr. qualifications. The honorary chairman of Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility is Mr. Huang Hao, the former member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial CPC Committee, and the chairman of Guangdong International Corporate Social Responsibility is Dr. Li Youhuan, an expert in the study of corporate social responsibility and the researcher of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences. There are nearly 20 bureau-level leadership consultants.
